Description Of Work: Yearly check up for our dog.  Rabies vaccination, annual exam, blood work (she is a senior dog), anal glands expressed (no fun for everyone).  Weight check. Member Comments: Dr. Salas and his team are the best.  The office is inviting and it is quiet — the vet we had before we switched over had a waiting room full of dogs and cats, it was extremely noisy and it was very stressful on both us and our dog.  Perhaps this office staggers their appointments a bit so that not everyone arrives at once.  If there is an emergency and you have to wait, they let you know. This office is very calming.  Dr. Salas is very caring and compassionate and is always calm.  He is very professional and he gets back to you as promised with the lab work results.  He is very easy to talk to. His staff and office manager are very friendly and professional. They keep in touch with you throughout the year with newsletters.  I would and have recommended TLC and Dr. Salas to family and friends.  If you have an emergency or are worried about something they can usually get you in the same day.  They are definitely “pet people

Description Of Work: I take my 4 cats to TLC Pet & Uptown Cat Hospitals. Member Comments: I like them very much.  They are always available if I have even the least little question or if I need someone to look up something from the last time I was there.  They are very good, I wouldn’t want to take my cats anywhere else, they take really good care of all 4 cats.

Description Of Work: I went to TLC Pet & Uptown Cat Hospitals I have been with them from past eight years. They do both cats and dogs. Member Comments: They are wonderful. Their office staff is terrific. I cannot speak highly enough of them. I have couple of cats. I lost one due to heart issues and one due to cancer. The staff was very terrific in helping us get through both. They have same staff from past six years even when they combined the cats and dogs section. They have good follow up. They are very skilled. My cat had an infection and it was difficult to give medication. They had different options to give him shots. They are creative. Their staff is so friendly and responsive. I never had to wait for somebody more than an hour to call me back and usually its less than thirty minutes. If I made an appointment today I can get in and take the time that I want. There are four doctors. I know three of them. They are skilled and very attentive. I would give them the highest score. I have got the best vet in town. They are great. I have recommended then to several people. I would use them in the future.

Thank you for helping our CNM group with the on-site anesthesia instructor. I know it must not have been easy, and involved a great deal more stress than you already face with work. You did it with such grace and kindness. I was so impressed with your professionalism!

Although I hope to use my education simply in some voluntary capacity, and not in a standard clinic setting, seeing what you do and how you do it was inspiring and encouraging.
